EXPUNGEMENT

If you were found not guilty of a criminal charge, or the charge was withdrawn before trial, the charge will remain on your criminal record until it is expunged by the court.  An expungement is an order from a Virginia circuit court requiring that all records pertaining to your arrest and prosecution be sealed from public records.

At the Homiller Law Firm, we regularly assist individuals clear their record through the expungement process so that potential or current employers won't take negative action against them.
